Cookery Masterclass with Brett Graham of The Ledbury
Martin Moore was thrilled to offer House & Garden readers the rare opportunity to see Brett Graham of the Ledbury - consistently voted one of The World's 50 Best Restaurants - host a cookery masterclass at our Notting Hill showroom.
Since starting work in a fish restaurant in his native Australia at the age of 15, he has risen to the upper echelons of London's dining scene and is one of the only UK-based chefs to boast three Michelin stars for The Ledbury and The Harwood Arms.
Brett and his team from The Ledbury wowed guests with an inspirational and impressive demonstration of a selection of dishes in his signature style of a combination of classic French with Japanese and British influences. This was followed by a memorable 3 course bowl lunch served on Brett's new Snipe Frost chinaware produced by William Edwards.
