When remodelling their Arts & Crafts home, our clients wanted to ensure the kitchen paid homage to its artisanal heritage whilst creating a warm, open-plan family space within the new extension. And as a key member of the family, it was important their dog had his own space at the heart of the kitchen.
The bold colour palette came about after a visit to our Esher showroom and seeing a dresser hand painted in Martin Moore’s “Moss” paint. The strong, natural colours are perfectly in keeping with the period property and complement the William Morris wallpaper chosen by the client to line the walk-in pantry. At the seating area a bespoke cabinet, featuring a marble back and glass shelves, houses the TV, books and games alongside a sideboard storing glassware.
