House & Gardens magazine readers joined Martin Moore for a very special event with Fromental’s co-founder Tim Butcher and interior designers Sophie Paterson and Tim Gosling. The event took place at the stunning Clapham home of the co-founder of silk bedding brand, Gingerlily. The morning started with a talk on the process of designing with, and commissioning, bespoke pieces, including hand-painted wallcoverings.
Guests then enjoyed a ceviche cookery masterclass in the Martin Moore kitchen from Asimakis Chaniotis, head chef of Michelin-starred Pied a Terre, who was in conversation with the restaurant’s owner David Moore. As the weather was so lovely, lunch was served in the garden, after which guests took the opportunity to discover Gingerlily’s bedding and its latest collection, designed in collaboration with Richard Smith of Madeaux, and to chat to the Martin Moore team on all aspects of kitchen design.
