We were delighted to host a cookery masterclass with Homes & Gardens magazine and restaurateur Bill Granger at our Notting Hill showroom. 

Guests had the rare opportunity to watch the Australian restaurateur, famed for introducing avocado toast to the UK, cook his signature dishes using state-of-the-art Sub-Zero & Wolf appliances.

Bill who became famous for serving the best breakfasts in town at now much-copied communal tables and has 19 restaurants worldwide, across Sydney, London, Japan, Hawaii and Seoul held attendees spellbound with tales of his life as a global restaurateur whilst demonstrating how to prepare his famous sweetcorn fitters and ricotta hotcakes with honeycomb.

The inspirational cookery masterclass was followed by a delicious two-course lunch served by Bill's team at Granger & Co located just across the road from our showroom in Westbourne Grove. Afterwards Martin Moore's design team were on hand to answer questions on all aspects of kitchen and home design.
